LINENS : This rental property will provide mattress protective pads, pillows, and bedspreads and/or comforters. Most property owners also have additional blankets and pillows stored in closets that are available for use. Rental guests have the option to bring their own linens (sheets, pillowcases, and towels) or rent them. Sunset Rentals will provide contact information for several local linen rental companies in our welcome letter. The welcome letter is emailed out 2 weeks prior to occupancy date.

Property Maximum Occupancy: Per the City of Lewes rental property ordinance, the maximum number of overnight occupants shall not exceed 12 GUESTS. Children age 12 and younger are not considered in this number.
