Curated Residences - Guests trusting local property management for their luxury travel learn that the unexpected is our standard. Most of our estates are the homeowner’s primary residences- contrary to an industry filled with contrived, sparsely appointed investment rental properties. Our luxury properties immerse guests in the finest of amenities, finishes, and concierge services while giving visitors the true sense of living like a local.
Inside this home, you will find inspiring Spanish-style designs and warm sandy tones that are elegant and inviting. This cozy hacienda has a formal dining room with an attached butler’s bar, a den with two bunk beds, a plush sofa set with Smart TV, and an ultra-cozy, oversized living room.
The main living room is furnished with soft leather furniture, a large Smart TV, and a modern gas fireplace. The tall ceilings, dark exposed wood beams, and large sliding glass doors make this space airy and leisurely.
An open-concept gourmet kitchen encourages the entire family to gather. It opens to the living room, connecting your entire group with substantial space for everyone.
The wrap-around floor plan highlights the true gem of this home: the resort-style courtyard. A rustic patio that sweeps the length of this hacienda. The backyard boasts a pool, 10-person hot tub, fire pits, horseshoe pit, 2 pool tables, outdoor grill/kitchen, dartboards, putting green, and more.
Room Descriptions
This property is regularly set for 16 guests, but with homeowner approval, it can host as many as 20 guests. A large group fee may apply.
A 3-night minimum October through April.
