Waterloo is a charming 3 bedroom 3 bath home this haven. The spacious patio and indoor/outdoor screened living area offers a harmonious retreat to relax in a calm and peaceful setting. The pool is shaded by palms and overlooks the lapping water of the Creek. Down at the dock, lounger offer an ideal spot to enjoy our island sunrises with a drink in hand. The dock also allows for an easy place to launch our kayaks and enjoy the creek. Come relax in this snug little island home.

Bedrooms
Primary bedroom: This bedroom is located on the second floor and features a king bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and a bathtub and a small balcony with two sun loungers overlooking Silly Creek.
Twin bedroom: The twin bedroom is located on the first floor and has two twin beds in the pool. The bathroom with a shower is located just across the hallway.
Queen room: Accessed via the patio, the third bedroom features two queen beds and semi outdoor enclosed shower.

Wifi is accessible in all rooms of the villa.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped will all pots, pans, dishes and cutlery required for six guests, plus extra.
There is a gas stove, dishwasher, side by side double door refrigerator and a separate drinks refrigerator/wine cooler. The villa has a standard coffee machine requiring ground coffee and also a Keurig coffee machine.

Living Room
The villa has three separate sofas and sitting areas. Two sitting area are located inside the glassed portion of the villa while the third set of sofas is located in the semi outdoor screened area.

The glass sliding doors open and recess into the walls allowing the cool breeze to flow throughout the house.

Patio
The outdoor patio area is expansive and offers a teak outdoor dining table with six chairs, a separate sitting area with a fire pit and yet another sitting area by the pool with a large outdoor sofa.

Dock
Several short steps lead you down to the boardwalk and dock on Silly Creek. Here four sun loungers offer the perfect place to stretch out and relax on the water. The dock also offers the perfect place to launch the two kayaks or two paddleboards provided for guest use.

Guests will have access to the entire private villa.

The villa is located in the quiet residential community of Silly Creek, Chalk Sound.

Nearby Beaches
Taylor Bay Beach is located across the creek and a short 3 minute drive from the villa.
Slightly further away is Sapodila Bay Beach at the entrance of Chalk Sound.

The Grace Bay Area with many of the island's hotels, restaurants and shops is a 15-20 minute drive from the villa.

The Providenciales International Airport (PLS) is approximately 15 minutes from the property.
