FAQ’s
Q. How far is the home from Old Town?
A. For those not familiar with the area. Old Town is on the southernmost part of Scottsdale. Our home and most homes you are looking at in the area are about a 15 to 20 minute drive to Old Town. Most rentals in Old Town area are condos or resort style hotels.
Q. How does the pool heat work?
A. If you request to have the pool heated, we begin the heating process 24 to 48 hours prior to arrival. We set the heat to 85 degrees. During the colder season, this does not mean the pool maintains that temperature. The pool heat fee is applied to the entire stay.
Q. Early check in or late check out?
A. Check in and out time are set to allow our cleaning and laundry staff time to get the house ready for the next guest. If you are requesting either an early check in or late check out, fees will apply. A late check out after 1 pm is the same as renting for another night. At this point we can no longer rent the house for that night and it is off the market. Check in time is 4 pm and check out is at 10 am.
Q. Do you offer concierge services?
A. Yes! We are partnered with Key which can provide anywhere from a private chef, massage therapist, and grocery deliveries. These are local third party services that we are assisting to arrange, and are NOT affiliated.
Management will review and assess each reservation.
Pool heat is available in the winter months. There is an additional charge that will be added to your reservation.
Please note that pool heat is not guaranteed. If pool heat is available at this haven, it must be requested via email at least 7 days prior to check-in.
