This haven boasts amazing accommodations for your family, including a private, heated pool with lazy river, and game room! 7 total bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Enter the home and be ready to be entertained! Boasting the home's huge outdoor area with plenty of room to entertain all your guest.
The main house has 5 bedrooms 3.5 bathrooms which includes 2 primary suites. Both suites have king beds with ensuites and access to the outside amenities.
There are 2 King bedrooms and 1 bunk room with a twin over twin bed and a twin over full/double bed.
The living room opens up to a patio that allows for easy entertaining with large groups. This is a perfect spot for those large family dinners. Off to the side of the living room is a walk in wine cellar that can hold over 600 bottles of wine. With climate control you can keep your collection at the perfect temperature. Working remotely? We have you covered with a built in office and podcast setup.
The large kitchen space is perfect for preparing that perfect meal for your guests. Here you will find plenty of storage and prep room which includes a butler’s pantry. This kitchen features a double over, large refrigerator and freezer, and a large gas cook top.

Just out the back doors you past the pool area you will find the 2 bedroom 1 full bathroom casita. The casitas first bedroom is a queen bed and the second bedroom is a King bed. New upgraded theatre room/game room in Casita 2023.
The pool area is the perfect place to spend a relaxing day floating in the lazy river. Stop by the bar on your trip around the river for a refreshing drink during our beautiful sunny days. The spa bar is another awesome feature to relax after a long day out in the area. The spa hot tub has bar seats built in. Off to the side of the pool area is the basketball and pickleball court. Turn on the lights over the court and play during the cool desert evenings.

FAQ’s
Q. How far is the home from Old Town?
A. For those not familiar with the area. Old Town is on the southernmost part of Scottsdale. Our home and most homes you are looking at in the area are about a 15 to 20 minute drive to Old Town. Most rentals in Old Town area are condos or resort style hotels.

Q. How far is the home from the Airport?
A. Most people fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor. This is about 20 to 30 minutes from most locations in Scottsdale. If you are flying private into Scottsdale Airport you are only about 10 minutes away.

Q. How does the pool heat work?
A. If you request to have the pool heated, we begin the heating process 24 to 48 hours prior to arrival. During the colder season, this does not mean the pool maintains that temperature. They both run at the same time and heat at the same time on separate pumps and heaters.

Q. Early check in or late check out?
A. Check in and out time are set to allow our cleaning and laundry staff time to get the house ready for the next guest. If you are requesting either an early check in or late check out, fees may apply. Check in time is 4 pm and check out is at 10 am.
