The Location

Situated just outside of Breckenridge, this condo provides visitors with easy access to Frisco, Keystone, Copper Mountain and all of Summit County. In the winter, the condo association offers a free private shuttle to Breckenridge Resort gondolas and Main Street so you can enjoy world class skiing, the fine dining and boutiques all in one day.

With four other world-class ski resorts nearby, there is no shortage of winter activities for you to enjoy. Snowmobiling, snow tubing, ice skating, dog-sledding and sleigh rides are available just down the road from the condo and at the resorts. Grab your cross-country skis and head 10 minutes down the road to the Nordic Center for backcountry adventures.

Just 1 mile up the road is the Colorado Trail which is ideal for afternoon hikes in the scenic country. A bike path minutes away runs from Breckenridge to Frisco and beyond, offering an alternative way to experience White River National Forest. The protected forest lands also offer hundreds of hiking, mountain biking and cycling paths with panoramic views and alpine meadows. Lake Dillon offers a plethora of activities along its 25-mile shoreline including boat rentals, slips and world-class sailing.

There are ample warm-weather activities to enjoy as well, with rock climbing, whitewater rafting, golfing at Breckenridge Golf Course, canoeing, hot air ballooning and fly fishing across the county. The free Summit Stage bus is a short 2-minute walk away and runs year-round between the resorts so you can enjoy their activities in any season.
